Precaution I ordered mine two years ago and they make excuses every month for a why they won’t ship it. I asked them for a full refund they will not give me the refund they just have an excuse about how their square machine will no longer do a refund if you look them up online on Google you’ll see that they say their business is closed I have no way of getting my bike from these guys they will not give it to me paid in full two years ago

If you use the original charger in the original battery port does it charge both batteries. In other words: do I need to use both chargers at once?

@@BigRobMOG1991 thanks for watching, it’s been interesting trying to make it look good. I had the bags on the top bar they flare out so this was a better option unless I cut off the middle bar. If you see my first videos it was cleaner but I added the rear rack so it changes the look

Hello, you can use anything you can find at homedepot. Just make sure it’s no more than an 1/8 inch thick. You’ll laugh but I used clear bathroom vinyl and over lap the speaker in the grip

Hi!! I’m just wondering- do you lock it on bike racks when it’s parked or is there a lock setting on the bike? Also, have u ever tried riding with a passenger? And how do you transport your bike if you want to take it with you somewhere (like on a road trip..?) Do you think it’s worth the buy? I lock it where ever I go bike rack or rails it’s never far. Everywhere I go I have in mind that the bike will be parked no less than a couple of feet from me no matter where I eat. No I have yet to ride with a passenger. I have a pickup truck so transporting my e-bikes is easy. It’s so worth buying one. There is no other bike like it. Yes, you need an xt60 cable on one end to connect to battery blender and the other end need to be what you connect to the battery, it could be and Anderson or xt60 they vary

So where’s the other battery and what voltage? Is it the same or can you connect two different volt batteries to the blender? I have a 52v triangle batt and 48v for next e-bike project OR should I connect in series? I know, two many questions. Lol

The second battery is the triangle battery with the gold star 52v 20 ah. You can connect two different volt like your 48v and 52v using the sparkcycleworks blender. Go to sparkcycleworks.com to check out their videos on the battery blender.

No, you have to remove the panels to take the batteries off. The Good thing is it’s easy to remove the panels. Let me know if you need directions

Well you can take the panels off, I’ve done it a couple of times but why would you want to remove them? It has pedals and you can use them. I mean I get it I feel the same it has hard motorcycle vibes but I have ridden several times in font and behind cops and was not bothered by them

Forsure man but try an give us something other than ride clips. I’m sure others who also spent almost 4grand (me being one) on these would really like to know if their money was well spent. At least before they could cancel a pre order or waste 5 months of their lives being stoked about something that ends up crap. I mean this is the most encouraging way possible, your video at the Auto show with the owner was great.

35mph seems awfully slow for a bike with not 1 but 2 1000w motors. I know of bikes with a single 750w that can do 35+, so what gives? Also the dual battery setup is not running at the same time? I hope that's not the case because a $40 aftermarket part would make them be used at the same time so i can't imagine why the manufacturer wouldn't do this from the factory at a fraction of the cost. btw, what is this "update" I keep reading about?
