8:54 It's definitely hard to believe that there are places like this outside of Tokyo. I often forget it sometimes. 12:29 Peak tasting content there! lol So this place puts the truffle mushroom in their bread? 16:50 I believe that's daifuku mochi. the soft and sweet mochi balls
