This doesn't seem a RINGBOM version! In the Ringbom engine there isn't any displacer linkage . The displacer is moved by the pressure differences inside/outside engine!

I cant see the advantage of this magnetic connection, friction is now on the inside and oustside of the plastic bush, plus I'd imagine that the magnet would pull the inner rod hard against the bush linner? Why not just have a conrod like other coupled displacers. Best would be to have a Ringbom set up where the Displacer moves up and down with no connection to the spindle at all.

Ok the so this grey valve allows air out but not into the displacer chamber, is it a check valve? Is your displacer thats not falling? Ive seen other non connected displacers and they normaly have a balance spring connected to the top of the mini displacer piston. How's your work? Have you not got it working yet?

Good job. I am curious about what you used as a drive piston and a displacer pushrod seal?
