Well let me give you some better insight. When you don’t like PVP and you already completed the game and all of its content, there is no real endgame content in this game for PVE. So we made the best of it and try to go for a fast completion times for fun and also compete against other speedrunners. We don’t care if you care or not, but other people who are like-minded do. Why post stupid comments?

Idk. It happens to us sometimes. Sometimes if enemys escape or we are slow then we get spawn from left. And we try to not look left side at all.

Its just normal loot what you can get from everyehere. Easyest way is to craft them. You can also farm them by missions or open world just open your map and check target loot. you can also go to summit or countdown and select your own loot.
