My friends and I used to play this in the early 80s and go out of our way to hit the trees thanks to the satisfying sound. Same for C64 Impossible Mission for the death yell as you fell.

This was one of the few games I knew that was harder to play on the lowest level than it was on the highest. A slope of 1 took FOREVER to finish, and it was almost impossible to jump the moguls.

I was awaiting to see this game to be played. It's still part of the golden age of the arcade video game machines. This video game wasn't well known to the public. 📹 🎥 📻 📸 🎮

I just received some news about the legendary soccer player Pele just died this morning. It's on December 29th, 2022. He was 82 years old. He had multiple organ failures. He was first diagnosed with colon cancer. Definitely, there was an Atari 2600 video game cartridge and a children's digest article segment about him. Most of you didn't even know these 2 things. 🌄

great video! My brother had one of these before they got a SNES. TI, on this game got the hills reasonably rounded, so why do the tires look like plus signs?
@PeBoVision
@PeBoVision 4 жыл бұрын
TI sprites can be "magnified" x2 to make for larger objects. Pixelation is a side effect. To be fair though, the wheels are not supposed to be round, they are supposed to be all-terrain treads...look at the original arcade. Plus signs aren't quite right, but they are more correct than most of the era-specific ports.

It can get tough pretty quickly, especially on the brain levels. Shooting the homing lasers, it makes it almost impossible to clear the level without dying at least once.
