"Black Rice: Our New Family Favorite! 🌾 I’ve been enjoying the amazing benefits of black rice for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer! But the coolest part? My daughter just hopped on board after hearing her Geography teacher rave about how healthy black rice is during class! 🍚💪 Turns out, this superfood isn't just rich in history but also packed with health perks.

You are right. It has lots of medicinal properties and preparing the soluble powder is not easy. It is a labor intensive process

Beneficial to all, raw Fig preparations act as an anti oxidant, purifying the Blood, also acting as a coolant and keeping you young, energetic, active and healthy. The source of the Fig fruit, raw Fig, can be found in clusters. The Fig used here is a native and edible variety. These Figs are marble sized and green in colour. Raw Figs are something that we rarely use these days but they have miraculous health benefits. For the full health benefits of raw Figs, please check the description box.

Does the kodo millet always have a husky texture? I soaked and cooked the kodo millet but when i eat it has husky leftover. Is it how it is usually?? Or did i do something wrong?
