Lionel has to start doing a better job at final inspection. I am presently in collector status while finishing building a new house. Frankly I am worried to make a purchase from Lionel. While not having access to a test track.

I just Pre-ordered TWO on 5/22/24 at $149 a pop. BNSF, Just like yours! I'm just getting into "O" Scale. My BIGGEST turn off with O-Scale are the "Transformer" pilots SEPERATING from the BODY of the Locomotive! 😖 Well, along with the ATLAS Multi-Max, I ordered a Lionel Legacy SW-8, TWO Lionel BNSF ES44AC's (One is a Super Bass), and my Flagship: THE Lionel EMD E5 BURLINGTON LOCOMOTIVE! Why those three and what do they ALL have in common?? FIXED PILOTS!!! 😃👍👍👍 "NUFF SAID!" ❤

I just got Glenn Snyder Displays I found from Eric's Trains and they were $93.00 for (3) 6' shelves including tax and the end caps. HO Scale. Just another option for folks

Hey Dan, I’m selling off my collection and I’m not sure if you’re interested but I have a lot of Lionel engines. That’s the only ones that I ever bought early cab command control and I do have about six or seven articulating engines that I will be selling. Some of them are still brand new in a box never opened, let me know if you’re interested. I’m located in Michigan plus I have a lot of rolling stock I will be selling.

Ben, I love your videos on these model trains. Losing the invoice!! (of course for your protection-😁) When I was young, my father would once in a great while bring a train in through the back door so he wouldn't have to defend his purchase to my mom. Of course at that time, the trains were MPC, postwar and eventually prewar O gauge and standard gauge. Did it pass the "smell test"? I am so happy for your find and purchase. The latest Visionline Big Boy is the one I am seeking as well. I have the JLC/Legacy Big Boy from 2007, an MTH PS2 Big Boy (which is a pencil on wheels!! [too long]) and a Sunset 3rd Rail model from 2002-5. I am also eagerly awaiting a Visionline C&O Allegheny. MAN these trains are addictive, worse than alcohol or cocaine!!! Happy railroading!!!
