Thank you for this. It is a pity that there are not more outlets where on can buy NON-irradiated herbs. Surely irradiated herbs cancel the benefits? Let us know your view.

All foods ok but not bananas they increases high uric acid as personal experienced and doctors now advise as most fruits also cause high uric acids with high fructose except berries that also should be consumed in a limit.

Be careful with these suggestions --- remember that you are a WHOLE human being having many different organs in your body and whereas some of these food suggestions are good for your brain, they may not be all that great for your kidneys or something else in your body, if there are problems with certain organs, or systems of your body, or allergies.

I do not like the taste or smell of rosemary, and I read that pepper literally scratches your stomach lining, so I quit using it, and I don't take the herbs that include piperine, cuz that is how they make some herbs more absorbable-not a good thing to do to your stomach

It’s NOT what you eat….its what you DONT eat that will save you. And it’s pretty simple. Don’t eat ultra processed food, ever. Cut your sugar intake to 20 to 30 grams per day and stop…absolutely stop…eating industrial seed oils…(disguised under the healthy sounding name of “vegetable oils”) fry in ghee, in lard etc. and on your salad put extra virgin olive oil. Remember or find out where the sugar actually is in your food…..bread, potatoes, some fruits and esp furniture juices are full of sugar. Replace with healthy low sugar food…a sort of diabetic diet often called “keto diet”

Yes! Agreed 💯,! So many times ppl tell me they eat "healthy" just because they add fresh veggies a couple of times a week, yet clearly 95% of their diet is pure poison! Talk about cognitive disodience!!
