First add sensor via wireless devices then go change input give program mode then should work. I have lots of enforcer videos hope this is helpful for you good luck.

if video delete you can not restore. Your backup only internal hard drive which is in recorder. Hope this is better understanding for you.

Hi there, very useful video, but for some reason when I change settings on the software it wouldn't pass them on the panel unless done by virtual keypad. So how do we save the data we edit on the software to the panel. Also can you explain what does "Dial customer" , "Roving Dial Customer", "Standby for Customer" , "Hang Up Call" what do these do. Thanks !

@@seiluk Right now I can see recordings from a 12 hr time frame but no time outside of that. I was wondering if there is a way to change the schedule and if so is there a way to view previous recordings? Are previous recordings retrievable and stored somewhere, or are they overwritten each day with the new playback recording?

Hi you need understand how recorder work. For example if you have 1TB hard drive in recorder and by default set on normal 24hour recording set and they give you 1 week backup. After 1 week system over write they delete from beginning and keep further recording. All recording in internal storage save no going somewhere else. In system you can set event recording in event area. After hdd full system again over write. Hope this is better understanding for you. Schedule recording you can set in hdd area.

Hello buddy, I'm not sure if these videos are supposed to help new engineers or promote your services to clients so ill be very honest but polite. The fault you cleared just switched off the warth fault monitoring function which just hides the fault from view. The sounder fault video wasn't adressed sounders and you simply returned the panel back to how it was when it left the factory (eol in place) the same with the interface....there is nothing connected.....YOU CAN USE THESE TACTICS TO HIDE SYSTEM FAULTS BUT IT TENDS TO BE USED AS THE LAST RESORT OR IF YOUR RUNNING LATE AND THERE IS NOWHERE TO PARK YOUR HORSE AND CARRIAGE.....I DO INSTALL AND HAVE ALL MY CERTS.....SHOUT ME IF YOU NEED A HAND WITH SOME WORK....I'M NOT FAR FROM YOU!!......OH AND ILL REMOVE RHIS SOON BUT WANTED TO GRAB YOUR ATTENTION HAHAHA

Thanks to watch my video yes by default push notification is enabled. If you don’t receive call on phone go to home screen Hik-connect app. When you on app iPhone you see on right corner 3 dots (…) click and you see setting in there you see push notifications is enabled. If your one disabled then you should enable. If you still not receiving call then go to iPhone settings go to Hik-connect app and allow notifications. Hope this is ok for you under standard. If you still problem check firmware updates with latest one good luck.

Yes they are default zone manufacturer design like this. This is my demo video if you need an other zone you can used another 2 more zones. Hope this is satisfactory for you.
