This is the kind of birth I want to have one day; a very calm and quiet as possible birth. I feel like it would really help the labor!

The most intelligent and powerful words I‘ve ever heard from a man talking about giving birth! It makes me thankful and grateful to feel, that this knowledge is in the world and gets spreaded, while birth has become a medical, technical and scary thing to most of women an gynecologists as well. Every woman should hear the words from people like Frederick Leboyer or Ina May Gaskin, long before being pregnant or giving birth. Its not only about giving birth. Its about being alive and knowing that!

Just saw the Hugo (2011) movie. Came looking for sources. I'm not disapponited. These short movies are no doubt really intriguing.

"The next song we are playing is furthermore the last song we will perform here tonight. Mamas and Papas have made it quite popular and it's called 'California Dreamin' , but we call it 'Sveitapiltsins Draumur' (Countryboy's Dream). Good Night."

Is it placing something there taking a picture, moving it and taking another picture so when you put the pictures together they make the scene?

fun fact: this is the version shot on March 19th 1895, as film were hard to reproduce at the time, the most famous version is one reshot in august 1895, as you can see they wear winter clothes, whereas in the other version they're wearing summer clothes. One more ? It was staged, employees knew they were filmed and acted their departure.
