OD is a complex discipline that requires post graduate study, preferable a PhD...what you are selling is what we call "OD in a can' and does more harm than good.....I smell a covert agenda!!!!!!!!

Marketing as described in AKRI Dialogues 2024. Better listen to keynote speech, describing the covert aggression often found in these conferences. Creating anxiety in order to study it is against ethical guideline...these conferences should be shut down! If they are as wonderful as you describe you wouldn't HAVE to market! The work has been mismanaged and has fallen in standards. Address the covert agendas.....

I did it! Achieved FCIPD and received my certificate only last week. My assessor was great, didn't make it feel like an interrogation, whilst it was 2.5hrs! Thrilled with the result and feel validated!. Cheers 🎊
