When I was there, 1974, we never lost to Clark, Morehouse, Miles, Alabama State especially, Famu, Bethune Cookman, etc.. We always finished with 7 to 8 wins or better. The head coach may have been a legend on the field but he’s pitiful on the sidelines. Defense watching receivers run past them while looking in the backfield; catching uncontested 50 and 60 yard bombs two to four times in the same game. Running backs gashing the defense for 60 and 75 yard runs for touchdowns over and over. Time for a change and clear the whole coaching staff. Get a former retired NFL star or something. Ed Reed might still be hungry to coach an HBCU. All he ask was for support. He like Deion wants to make football players and students to win but didn’t get support from Bethune Cookman.

‪It’s time to get a new football head coach. Tuskegee’s performance on the gridiron is awful and appallingly. Teams score in the forties and we score 3 and 6 points. ‬ ‪Unacceptable!‬

I am loving Dr. Brown’s energy. We were in the band together and who would have ever known that my classmate would get to lead Tuskegee University. My grandmother graduated from Tuskegee in 1928 and loved it to the day she died. I am excited and I will do all that I can to help Dr. Brown do great things for Tuskegee. Dr. P. Class of 1986.
