He’s not the boogy man but he scared the life out of us. He showed the world where man really is on the food chain. We are dinner. Lots of other life forms like wolves and bears think so to. If we could remember this we would be more careful and many fewer of us would die in accidental deaths.

I did a high school art project with the theme of pollution in the oceans, and based it around the Jaws movie poster. The lady swimming was made out of bits of plastic and garbage, and I think her head was one of those tabs that you open pop cans with haha. It was really cool

This movie finally ended up being amazing, even after Spielberg was just about fired and went way over budget and went passed the deadline to get this movie done. Actually leaving the set the day of the last scene. Now it has become a tradition for him to leave the set on last day of filming. He now is very successful. He nearly ruined in his entire career with this one movie. However, he became a real hero with this film.

The ominous-sounding notes are slow and a little quieter compared to the beat of the music, sounding like it’s hiding within the music, like the shark hiding just beneath the surface.The tempo of the notes gets faster and faster as the shark approaches the victim. It goes without saying, but this track was made for this movie.
