That looks like an important job. Shame paramedics like this are payed shite compared to how they help the country. 100% for you man, but can we atleast pay all of you a living wage?

Don’t like the fact you now only have one exit in an emergency from inside as the ramp Blocks the rear door

That circular cut out in the top portion of the scoop is to landmark the patient’s head, giving you the ability to secure the scoop around the patient without having to lift their head.

JRCALC says.......Log rolling of the patient with possible pelvic fracture should be avoided as this may exacerbate any pelvic injury; where possible utilise an orthopaedic scoop stretcher to lift patients off the ground and limit movement to a 15° tilt. He does verbalise this

My daughter in law phoned for an ambulance it didn’t come she phoned her sister she came took one look at my son and again called an ambulance one came my son had blacked out was incoherent couldn’t stand up was in extreme pain and was sweating the ambulance man wouldn’t take him to hospital the younger man would have but the older ambulance man wouldn’t he was told that I have had three brain tumours the ambulance man said you really need to get him to hospital to get him checked out but wouldn’t take him my daughter in law and her sister carried him to the car and took him to Southend hospital where he was put in a wheelchair and pushed into a and e where he waited for hours he was seen after hours he was given a scan and rushed to Romford hospital he had an aneurysm on the brain a bleed on the brain and a stroke and was operated on he thankfully was saved by the surgeon I complained on the 16 December and got a reply on May 6 they said that the ambulance man did nothing wrong but he lied and said my daughter in law agreed to take him to hospital think about that for a minute they have two small children 3and5 it was her sister and her daughter who took him to Southend hospital so I suggest if you or one of your family have something similar I would partially sever a limb if you want to get them to hospital the surgeon told my son your lucky they don’t normally make it to hospital he could have died any second but the ambulance man didn’t do anything wrong according to there internal investigation work that one out I have read that they have now got more ambulance and 100 extra staff what good is that if they don’t take people to hospital they may as well have a million it doesn’t make any difference

WITHOUT PREJUDICE If you want people to speak up, why don't you let people make those complaints anonymously or make those complaints again anonymously through their union? Thankfully I have never worked for you but I have worked in a company where there was bullying and mobbing was ignored by higher management. There was one poor woman who had 56 live verbal warnings on her record for one year. Ye gods, you would have thought that HR would query it, but no. There was a terrific turnover of staff in that particular department and people had to clock on so they knew what hours people were working over and above what should be a standard week. It took 6 years before they got rid of the main bully. Employers like you bully those that put their heads above the parapets to complain, so this effort looks completely like a PR exercise and when you finally rid yourself of any employee you use a good old non disclosure agreement to protect your arse. You should be ashamed of yourselves that an employee of yours was driven to suicide, but you still have not changed. IF you are genuine about wanting to investigate what is going on. Go take a look at who is working what hours in excess of what should be a standard week, go take a look at your disciplinary records and allow people to make reports anonymously through their union reps, otherwise this is mere lip service.
