Totally different from what TI books and video especially on the timing.

Thanks. I wish you success. I hope that I'll meet you and we will cross the Mississipi. See you late.

Once the pace increases, the lead hand no longer becomes ‘patient’ as per the TI principles and it becomes more like the Swim Smooth timing.

I think TI freestyle is just 2 beat glide style, to swim fast, we need more propulsion stroke.

Absolutely amazing. I could not tell which one was the 95 y.o. He is in great shape.

Can you tell which swimmer is 95 and which 62? Paul began teaching himself TI with the Perpetual Motion Freestyle DVD at 93 and took his first TI lesson at 94. You're never too old . . .

Hi Terry, my name is Peter Nicolini,'m Concordia city in the province of Entre Rios (Argentina). One small problem is that I do not speak English. This message was translated with google translator. Still hope you can help me in my learning. I love swimming and looking for a solution to a technical problem (I sink to swim front crawl legs) I found the Total Immersion method. So I searched some of the same coach in our country but did not find it, maybe there is one but I could not find him. So here are some questions Is there any way to learn IT from here.? Is it really as effective as it is presented.? If I learn, I can teach my children (Nacho, Martin and Paula).? Hopefully the answer to all three questions is yes ... Moreover, I found a website on a method called Nadandolibre (www.nadandolibre.com) of a certain Jose Diaz, which offer online training course of three months. If I'm not mistaken they are in Madrid. As I was watching is another name TI. Do you know anything about this or the people who taught.? The TI method seems wonderful and apparently seeks something I'm looking for a long time: enjoy the water while swimming more efficiently. Also, if possible, I would like to participate in a test that I always wanted but never had enough and is preparing to cross the River Uruguay. It is a competition of about 5 or 6 km swim linking the neighboring country of Uruguay with Argentina and is given just in my city. The satisfaction of achieving this would be a beautiful thing for me. This would be for March 2014 (because this year has already been made). With these two things accomplished and especially the first, would be more than happy. Of course, I appreciate your time to read this email and I say cordially. Regards This is my private email [email protected]

Pedro I appreciate your enthusiasm for Total Immersion. This book, which is in Spanish, should be helpful to you. books.google.com/books/about/INMERSI%C3%93N_TOTAL_Un_m%C3%A9todo_revolucionar.html?id=rDvU016JWxAC While the the soundtrack our DVD is in English, the most valuable information is visual, so it should be a quite valuable aid to you in learning. While the concepts and ideas in the book remain quite current and useful, the drills and learning steps it describes are unfortunately out of date. So a combination of book + video should be your best learning aid. Saludos, Terry

Thank you very much. buy the book and the DVD and begin to learn IT with these tools then. If you ever get any training or course in Argentina I would love to participate. Thank you again. Best regards.

Pedro I would love to introduce TI (or IT) to Argentina myself. My wife and daughter traveled there and loved it. Both are TI coaches, but were only there as tourists with an educational group. Felices largos, Terry
