I’ve just bought a Focusrite Red 16 Line. And I have to say I’m very happy with it and extremely impressed with the sound quality. I came from a UAD Apollo X8 and the sound quality is audibly better. I know it’s a 7 year old unit. But quality is quality. And the Focusrite support is second to none. Thanks guys. I would recommend these series to anyone looking for impeccable conversion, simplicity of use and superb support. And connectivity. These units are the GOAT

Fantastic recording and vocal performance. Truly breathtaking. I just bought this interface in late 2024 in mint condition from a studio that was switching to windows and reluctantly needed to move it. I have a few external mic pres that I am extremely happy with, but was hoping to get some additional value out of the built in mic pres in the Red. All I have to say is wow. Killer job showcasing this amazingly robust professional interface.

Hi Focuarite. Plz stop putting rubberized knobs on your cards. Not all climatic conditions can withstand it. They knobs get gunky over time.

Hey @focusriteprotv I too watched the entire livestream and registered at the link you provided at the top of the live chat, it’s been 36+ hours since the livestream and I have not received any code for the FAST bundle. I live in Canada. Not sure why others are receiving it and I have not. Yes, I’ve checked my junk folder. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated. I don’t know where else to ask for support on this issue…

Hi @focusritepro, really appreciated the livestream! As a loyal Novation and Focusrite customer, I’m concerned regarding the Fast plugins bundle offer, when it was advised that codes would be emailed within 24 hours. I’ve seen some people receiving more than one bundle, and offering them for sale within hours of the livestream ending. Others are still waiting for any contact from you.

Once I went to a "music production workshop" in my city, at the redbull station, when I got there, nothing about production was talked about, it was just an advertisement for new products from focusrite. I thought that the problem was with the people who managed it here in my country, but it seems that scamming the consumer is something that comes from within the company.

My friend tried with an extra email, which was not registered for the event, and got the code on that one. I guess Focusrite have marked all pre-registered emails as not eligible or something. They mentioned that if you had gotten a code during sign up, you would not get a new code. So if their check to see who will get a code is "registered for event = no code", then the ones who should actually get the code from the beginning, are the ones without it...

Not quite. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused. Only those who had already claimed the plug-in bundle for free would have been unable to claim it again. In some cases, it has taken slightly longer than anticipated for codes to be sent, which may explain why it didn't arrive when expected. Hmm, perhaps people didn't actually watch it? How could anyone NOT see the ONLY LINK BLINKING in the comments, during the event? I clicked the link during the seminar, Submitted for the code right after it ended and RECEIVED NOTHING within the 24 hour delivery period!!! Some ppl are now reporting they just received it beyond the 24 hr. period. I won't give up! It's a matter of principle!
