I just wanted to say that I have lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks following a lower carb lifestyle while taking my GLP1. I don’t think it’s smart to do keto because the trick is to figure out a way to eat that is comfortable for you so when you get off you can continue. Most people don’t end up doing keto forever. Don’t “diet” just eat a healthy very minimally processed diet. That’s my unsolicited advice 😬

I'm on my 4th week of Semaglutide from Swisschems. I still getting nausea when taking a shot every week but so far I like how it works with my appetite. Feels like i'm always full. Already lost 15 lbs

I’m on Day 4! So far I’ve been able to stick to my calories every day, no side effects! I’m 270lbs, have a history of childhood trauma and abuse, and unfortunately I’ve been disabled the last year due to long covid resulting in major weight gain but I’m a driven, ambitious woman and I just want the best for myself. I’ve done so many diets and some of them have worked very well, at my lowest I was a very muscular 75kg gym buff. I’m hoping this medication can help me curb the long covid comfort eating, and send the scale in another direction - overall helping my weight loss journey. It’s crazy the expense of the meds in the US. I’m in the Netherlands and on a similar (Liraglutide) med as this is the one that’s approved here, and it’s only 265 EUR for 5 pens!

Hi! I did buy a L and an XL- but the large hit my waist right under my chest in a weird way. If you have a larger chest or are tall I would say size up.
