Hi, not sure were your located but did you ever have cold start issues? Just got my Grizz same year as yours and wont start as soon as its a little cold.

I have the same-overall a pretty good bike-my biggest beef is the FORWARD override button for full power in 4x4 diff lock going forward-crazy...I like the Elkas-still thinking about the Stage 3's. The EHS racing stuff looks good-about to order up their air box kit for better dust resistance, and likely the fuel controller. I just put on the Yamaha 1/4" plastic full length 1 piece skid and a Warn Provantage snow plow mount for my plow ( I live in NW Ontario Canada). Running 26.5" Pit Bull Rockers-a tough 8 ply tire.

OK...time for some clarifications! 1) It is the crank case breather hose, NOT the cylinder head breather hose as stated in the video. The hose connects to the top of the cylinder head but it is actually allowing vapor to escape from the crank case as the engine heats up. 2) As it is a breather, the majority of gas movement when the engine is running is outward from the engine into the chamber in the air box. As the engine cools some air will be drawn back into the engine. 3) If you choose to close off the chambers at the front of the air box, do not seal the lid on with glue or silicone in the same way that it is sealed in the Yamaha OEM air box! It must breath or you will do serious damage to your engine.
