Love this! The biggest thing that helps me transition from work to personal time is some sort of physical activity. A quick run, a yoga class, or just a walk with my dog is always a MUST right after work! Otherwise I feel so stagnant from being at a desk all day.

Hey Love, Not sure how the universe knew but I was crying today at work, and found your channel, THANKS A LOT FOR CREATING THIS content, heaps of thanks to you. Can you make a whole video on how you record yourself? which gears you use? the light settings? I am only curious as it looks so simple yet so elegant.

I appreciate your words and I'm so happy to hear this for you Sadia ❤ I barely use any equipment - just my Sony powershot camera. For lighting, I use a ring light plus lamp (and natural lighting in this video).

Biggest thing I've found that helps is not sitting down when you get home. Keep the momentum going. Once you sit on the couch it's all over.

That's perfectly correct, you don't have to depend on paid jobs to earn a living, explore other good and reliable ways of creating wealth no matter what most people say about diddle.
