There's so many guides on artifacts and which characters you should level up and use,but it also depends on which characters are your favorites and which ones you like the most,but if your goals are to clear this game and 36 star the abyss,than watch a guide bc there are so many out there,anyways goodluck!! 😊

Also pull for characters that are gonna help your account a lot in the early game and end game,get them first and than start wishing for any characters you like after you got all the important characters first :)
