Have you ever did this with your vitamins to see how good and fast they dissolved this is something that I remember my dad doing and it makes sense . Put one in a glass of water and see how long and how completely they dissolve my dad found that was higher priced and major brands didn't want to dissolve if they don't what are you actually getting when you take it ???🙄

@Nialls_version Hi, no apologies needed it is a homemade flax gel! Water & Flax seeds bring to a boil for about 5 mins then strain add in your favorite natural oils if you'd like!
