10K In taxes … 16-17 percent raises the last couple years I’m how sad ..when you buy this at $900,000 taxes would go to 15-16K in couple years unreal

Certainly looks like a very nice place - however, was it designed such that one has to carry groceries a couple of hundred feet to the kitchen? I mean, even with a cart, it freakin' snows there and it can snow weekly for months, right? Hmmm...

Nice dovetail notching job; old sailors and ship builders took their skills with them as homesteading opened up in 1905? That farmhouse must be around that date or before/after WW1?

S. DAKOTA is a great state to live in...outstanding governor...healthy economy...this looks really good..can't see how many or where it is but I will research...i think its southernmost in state.

grandma was born and raised in SD. it wasn't COLD ENOUGH so she moved to Canada with granddad and homesteaded there!!
