I'm sorry, but even though they were all rude, the person cutting in line for a FREE cup of water was the rudest. I hate when people do that shit!

Okay. Just soo you know that water is not considered a priority drink at starbucks seeing that water at starbucks is free and that ice coffee or latte wasnt those drinks are high in priority. I knows its not fair but baristas like myself dont make the rules. Also I dont know if you knew this but you are suppose to wait in line to order your water. Also the guy that had been waiting for ten minutes was probably a douche and took really long to order and thats annoying and the other women you were protraying her sighing had probably already been working on that baristas nerves to. All in all starbucks baristas get about 25 rude people in one shift. So my advice to you is just don't take all that personally. :)

yeah when I worked there I did my best to ensure customers who would say" I'll have a small...I mean tall, sorry.." that they could call it small or tall and I would make it for them. the drink quality is guaranteed so nit picking over the language is stupid

thinking its ok to skip the line and go straight to the hand off counter to ask for water is rude and it screws up inventory because chances are the barista wont ring it up because its free , but the system needs to know how many Iced cups go out the door...so stand in line just like people who want a .50 refill have to
