I am at a level where I almost achieved the front lever can muscleup few reps clean form do around 30 dips and all i have trained is basically pullups and pushups with some seperate forearm training for armwrestling but I have never trained for the lanche or specifically shoulders. In few months only by doing this can I achieve the planche with this 1 exercise?

Forse dovresti scalare...non e cosi pulito.. Anelli troppo in movimento, front che non è un front ,... E' chiaro che non hai il front ,per questo credo sia il caso di iniziare con un front one leg .

Bogdan and how many series do you suggest in Pull day and Upper body day.?
@bgdpep
@bgdpep 2 жыл бұрын
Hi, i recommend between 3 to 4 series. If you have 2 trainings of pull or upper body per week you can split my exercises in two. In this way you can do every exercises at least once per week. If you can do all my exercises twice per week you will progress faster. I hope it helped.
