Honestly we are in 2024. I think is a cultural thing. Firstly , skin bleaching industry continue in West Africa, and North / East part of Africa and Middle Easterner started skin bleaching recently , this industry booming and i don’t think it can decrease. Only Central Asian and Hispanic don’t bleach.
