Yeah, its been a while. Was never able to find the rest of the material I wanted to use and while both the original Spec 2 version was discovered AND there's a Remake in GT7, both still present issues: - While lacking no car sounds from the intro (which is indeed a godsend), it still doesn't help in bridging the gap between the initial chorus and the other lyrics. - Having listened to the GT7 remake (which is fantastic), not only is it much different in many parts but trying to use it to bridge that same gap would expose the massive quality discrepancy between the two (which is even more obvious then the multiple attempts I've heard where people blend the original song with the remix, something I do not want to repeat). My original goal was to make a very lengthy version that blended the intro from the GT Asia 2012 live performance with the original Spec remix and NOT rely at all on using the original version. I'm still on the lookout but its gotten harder with how busy life got. And yep, I still am uploading (although its thankfully more frequent as for a while, it was more rare if I posted anything)

Its something I learned from when I raced this track on Project Cars 2, where many of the cars did NOT like braking and turning. The Corvette in Particular (at least before the big physics update) is a car where this really helps at Daytona as it tends to get snappy if your not precise.

I have done a few. Plan on doing the Mercedes and Honda ones when I get the chance.

No problem. The Corvette was a prize car I just happened to have when I stumbled upon this race and since one of things I was really looking forward to was racing on an updated model of Daytona, I just did it. Glad you found this video helpful.

Welcome, friend. Recently got a PS5 and its made this game look quite alot better despite being a PS4 title (I technically have the PS5 version but the lack of Cross Progression kinda soured me on it). I'll have to check and see if indeed the lap count goes up to 100, but these races are usually themed around certain events (In this case, it was the Austrian Grand Prix this past week so likewise this combo was done). I usually don't do requests as I don't always have all the content do so.

Considering this specific BMW ALWAYS somehow gets lumped in with a DTM car (Even going all the way back to Total Immersion Racing), I've stopped trying to care anymore since its clear most of the racing devs don't. Also, good thing in the description I specified "Featuring a Early 2000s German Touring Car" since I'm talking about the car I'm driving.

@@RACECAR Yeah, that part's accurate, at least, the Opel Astra V8 Coupe was a DTM car.

This was in the demo version of the game (hence the "β Version" in the title). Sadly, the livery editor is no longer available now that the online functions have been removed after the update in January.
