If the light blinks red after battery insertion, then the battery voltage is too low. Less than 80%.

Eco 에러가 떠서 동영상처럼 분해해보니 사용중에 선이 끈어진게 아니고 가위로 자르듯이 잘려있던데 ᆢ연결해보니 아무반응이 없음 알고싶은건 마그네틱 스위치를 구했는데 테스터로 도통시험해보니 도통이 않됩니다 정상인가요? 자석이 움직이면서 도통되게 하는것 같은데 그주위에 자석은 없고 아니면 도통되는 마그네틱 스위치를 구해야 할까요?

자석은 두껑을 닫아야 자석이 스위치 쪽으로 오게 됩니다. 연결을 하고 전원 연결 후에 다시 시도해 보세요.

The way to reset Q12 headphones is to press and hold the volume buttons "+" and "-" at the same time for 5-6 seconds after turning on the headphones or while charging. The light will fast flash in blue and red for 2 seconds, then it will slowly flash in blue in standby mode. If it doesn't work, the life of Q12 is over.
