To keep it simple it's the route that saliva takes from the parotid gland(salivary gland) into the mouth.So this is a normal anatomical structure one has.Yes the size grows from birth to adulthood and size may vary anything btw 5-7cm in length in adults.Any discrepancies in size associated with pain or swelling can indicate some underlying condition which needs to be further evaluated by the Dr. Thank you.

How do you know of you suffer from condilar hiperplasia? My left side is lo ger than right side and pushes the chin off centre - midline, is there a test to find out whether you have it or not?

What is the effect of CMCR over gingiva if somehow it get contact with gingiva?

The cmcr reagents remove the outermost infected layer leaving behind a healthy dentin surface with minimal tissue damage. *BUT* the studies have *NO* conclusive evidence of the safety of such reagents. They are known to be cytotoxic and pro inflammatory against the oral tissues with Gingival fibroblast stimulation. With increased IL-1beta and PGE2 production with some reagents. Therefore careful and judicious application is suggested.

Are u sure the tooth u treated is 46 ???? Any histry taken from patient stating extrctn of any tooth in tat quadrant??? Looks like 47, 48 !! Esp the anatomy of front molar is similar to the anatomy we see in 2nd molars?!!

Unless the attending clinician is sure, the case cannot be taken for treatment.So detailed history is the first step for any procedure. So their isn't any history of extraction in the 4th quadrant. Having 2 canals in first molar is uncommon, the morphology of 46 mimics as 47 root canal morphology.

The sealer is BC sealer. The MAC size is 30-4%- in 47 and 25-6% in 46.Accessory cone's size 15/20 were used only in 46.
