Normally candidates have to clear all the Recruitment rules and regulations of norcet and has to undergo document verification again by Hospital administration and medical board verification. In otherside contract staff is getting regularised without any rules and regulations or Recruitment policies of Govt and mohfw. but this will clearly affect the whole nursing profession badly. Almost all who are applying norcet is working in other hospitals as contract staff and they have to clear the toughest Norcet exam to get a govt job. This order by high court is completely neglecting the efforts made by candidates for Norcet exams. Many candidates are trying exams for multiple attempts, strict verification process is done by mohfw and Norcet before any regular posting. The contract staff who is currently working has been taken on emergency situations or staff shortage situations. Simple document verification was done by Hospital administration and there are high chances of manipulation. Regularization can be done based on court orders but they have to undergo recruitment rules and regulations of Norcet and MOHFW before regular posting. Two different policies, two different law for same nursing recruitment and appointment, which is a classic example of discrimination. If law is one for all,then recruitment policies should be considered before Regularization of contract staff. Instead of Regularization court can provide order for equal basic pay. # Stop Regularization of contract staff # Compulsory age relaxation to contract staff to write permanent nursing recruitment exam # promote permanent nursing recruitment
