The craziest thing is that I decide to connect my headphones for fear of waking the dogs, and as soon as my tears start falling they both decide that they want to come and eithers comfort me or join in the joy. Glory! You have a great gift!

Hey, I also have cluster headache. Completely understand the anxiety.... I tried all sort of things to prevent them, from initiating the crazy cycle. I had up to 7 daily headaches per day, over a 2 months period. (used injectable sumatriptan for SOS) Finally, my doctor made me try verapamil. I started with small doses, and increased slowly up to 120mg, 3 times a day. Obviously, this may vary depending on the patient. It's been now over 3 years without headaches. Sleep routines, and little or no alcohol, with this medication, made all the difference. Go to a good neurologist, with experience in cluster headaches, so that you together can find the best way to prevent them. Good luck

Hey Miguel, thank you so much for sharing your cluster experience. I have a very good doctor and the medication that works for me best is exactly the same as yours. Are you taking verapamil all the time or just when you have a cluster episode going on? I just take it when the episode starts and then wait till it works and the attacks are gone and then when I'm sure the episode is over I taper it off. Sumatriptan is also my go to. Sadly the cluster is something I have the least anxiety about since I know how to handle it and also know that it will be over soon enough. The rest of this strange world is sometimes taking me down but I'm glad I have the music. And I am very happy to connect with people this way. So thank you very much for listening and take care.

@@christoph_becker I'm taking verapamil all the time. I started taking during the cluster episode, then the episode stopped. I continued taking it. The only thing is that the heart has to be monitored from time to time, with an electrocardiogram, as high doses for a long time might lead to issues in the heart rhythm.

🙋🏽♀️11:29 pm🥱... and Im falling down 👇🏽 🧩..shitty day.... my elderly neighbor whom I call Miss Nancy or Fancy Nancy💖 has had a total DISASTER happen in her apartment..(I'm helping her of course) needless to say..🙆🏽♀️I HAVE NOT 🙅🏽♀️🚫 even had a moment to catch my very vital.... 👆🏽👉🏽📢 EXTREMELY necessary..👈🏽👆🏽👆🏽 👉🏽🎼👂🏽👁️💓👈🏽 daily dose of MUSICMAN'S videos😲😟🤢😓😥😢😰😩🤧❣️or sing along with you.... and in my ongoing rescue clean up and repair I'm doing for her..(flying solo) she got a devastating call her God child passed away at today 47yrs old.. they called her CeCe.. she was a traveling Christian singer 😢 and I am so FRUSTRATED because I CAN'T FIND MY APPLE 🍏🍎 SONG.(you know the one I'm referring too) on your homepage ANYWHERE RIGHT NOW and searched for 40 minutes 🤯 😭before I close my eyes and pray for at least a few hours rest🤯🥴🤪... not fair 😔❣️ at least I will be able to "catch up" with the videos after I get her safely on her way to the airport to the funeral🙏🏽... thank you for this video/tune as always..n4ever my far far away 3m guy🎵(MyMusicMan)🧩 😊🧡✌🏽🧡😊
