If I can beat nicotine addiction, anyone can. I used to go into the back of my workplace every 5 minutes, because I needed to hit my vape. I would secretly hit vapes on airplanes. I hit a vape in my er room. It was so bad. I have never felt stronger and more confident and less anxious. You can do it

Luckily i was always strong enough to say no. Never had a vape in my mouth before. All my friends do it & I hope more look at what you are doing as an example. Great job Adapt.

Don’t get me wrong. Happy for anyone who breaks their personal addictions but this intro is kind of painting a false picture no? I mean the whole collapsed lungs and talking to “survivors” type stuff…like every single case of any lung related issues with someone vaping has always included something else being the primary cause to the lung issues. Like illegal carts, laced with other stuff, or being a user of other stuff. Like I’ve yet to find a single case of an adult who vapes (and only vapes) from their local shops go through any issues. (Health wise, like with lungs, esophagus, etc). Still big ups Alex for quitting.
