I just watched a video of Joe Rogan showing TJ Dillashaw how to do this. It’s so much easier than the darce because it can be hard to get it deep enough to put your bottom hand on your bicep. I’m horrible at passing guard and I find myself in half guard about 90% of the time. This is perfect because you have to be in half guard. If you don’t have that leg hooked, they can swing their legs and roll away from you. This move was a game changer for me as a white built.

I really feel like pulling guard is horrible self defence if other person knows any grappling ! It's a huge risk if you miss the arm bar in the street, people will rain blows on you and if not used to it will severly affect your game.

100 Percent, this is for Jiu Jit GI practice not for the streets. Its crazy the amount of people that say that never would work in the street in comments. Its like the fact we are in big heavy thick pajama hitting a soft mat is not obvious enough this is not for the street. I feel like I have to put "Not Street Certified" in all descriptions, but then again I would assume they actually read it....lol
@simplejiujitsumoves4 ай бұрын
Yup, this is for GI Jiu Jitsu. Honestly in the streets going to the ground is a last resort. Dont care how good of a grappler you are, its hard to stop that dudes buddy from kicking you while you are fighting. Self Defense wise, boxing, Muay Thai is the best thing to learn IMO.
@jaymystery-i3k4 ай бұрын
@@iNeedVitamins so it's just for sport? I think alot of people learn bjj for self defence reasons, don't get me wrong it can be deadly especially against inexperienced opponent but people should be taught what is for sport and what's gonna potentially save your life. I definately feel you need ground game and bjj is one of the best but it needs to be taught this is real and this is sport! I studied bjj about three years but wrestled for 20 years before that, so it came easy to me once I learned to not overextend and protect my neck, I also studied hapkido for about the same amount of time and that art is pure destruction! I used to gasp at how brutal some of the techniques were!!! in hapkido you try to stay on your feet but arm locks n chokes just like bjj except almost always set up with stunning strikes to make locks n throws easier to obtain. I studied judo about ten years and yes my wrestling really helped! It took me along time to get decent at karate/ tae kwon do because I had to unlearn my grappling arts.

Divorced women are a pain in the ass. There's a reason they are divorced. Majority of the time, it's not because the man cheated. It's because she's too damn emotional and destroyed her family.

My narcissistic ex husband would say exactly this. That’s how he would justify his actions. Always blaming me for being emotional. I went through so much in that marriage. Now I’m in so much peace. Feel that I am in my best and super happy. Stayed for too long.
@BlueDude-cf9mkАй бұрын
@gabriellaluzpm "Narcissist" is you ladies favorite word nowaday. In many cases, the man wasn't a true narcissist. He just got tired his wife's BS and didn't let her walk over him. There was a woman who was divorced who I dated for a short time. I had to cut it off. I saw exactly why she was divorced in the first place. She was controlling, bosy, thought too highly of her opinions and would nag about everything little thing. To this day, I believe she drove her poor husband mad and I feel sorry for the next sucker who marries her.

I plant my foot in the hip on the side controlling their sleeve. If you plant a foot on the side where they have a free hand... they simply move your foot?
@simplejiujitsumoves7 ай бұрын
Very true, planting your foot on the side you are controlling their sleeve is much safer. But if you go after the hip where hand is free it opens up the Armbar and Triangle. When you use that side it riskier but if you do it fast and go at the angle instead of falling backward it makes it much harder for them to move it.

@simplejiujitsumoves7 ай бұрын
This could be true but if it was she would bring that up pretty quick. They usually are very quick to bring up that he was cheating, wouldn't work with me to make our marriage work or something like that. Usually the "we grew apart" is a high possibility she quit easily
@LathyaExson7 ай бұрын
Not actually true when moving on And you did have real feelings for that person. You don't want to make them look like the bad guy. And also you can probably turn the next person off By talking, so bad about your ex. And to them, they might feel dead. You're acting like the victims.
@simplejiujitsumoves7 ай бұрын
If you didn't have any real feeling then why did you marry them? Again you choose that person to do the ultimate thing when it comes to a relationship by marrying them. This shows bad choice on that person. This is a person I don't want to bring in my life, again huge red flag.
