i didn't vote for no one but idk i feel as if lobsang sangay la is doing loads of work behind the scene. Speaker Sonam Khenpo and Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering are in identity crises because they misunderstand themselves more as executive bodies than as parliamentarians. The primary function of a parliamentarian is "to enact laws, frame rules and regulations, and decide policy matters". This is what the Speaker should be answering like how many laws, rules and regulations and policies have they accomplished during their tenure. Why this Speaker is listing the works of of Sikyong Penpa Tsering as his own? It is funny to see them copying the Kashag in every matter.
