The Committee too strict on Olympians, they are Olympians, who make up the Olympics, for their own character, uniqueness and creativity.

Couple of crucial interview pointers. 1. Audio is king - you both need a lab mic. 2. Pay interest to who is being interviewed. Your first smile is at a flying piece of paper and it's your last. You have a beaming personality in front of you and you spend more time checking your next question on a piece of paper

Lets throw a couple of bonuses in here - perhaps having a hammer drill going off in the background isn't the best time to arrange an interview (solved with a good mic) and if your intention is to use Olivia for promotion only, perhaps make it less obvious
