The film and book is the story about a man who can't go back to his home country otherwise he will face persecution for crimes he is guilty of. The film is directed by a man who can't return to his homeland because he will face persecution for a crime his in fact guilty of. I think this film was more personal for Polanski then he leads on.

All actings are extremely natural, true to life, mature, subtle, intellectual. What a film. In fact Ewan can be considered the only weak link here, he failed to show the confuses, fear, and panics from his characters, Only the wicky and passionated parts.

It was good the first time I watched it. And the 2nd time it was Meh. 3rd time I speed watched it, and changed the channel. The trailer is now better than the movie sadly...😓 it's a 9/10 trailer

Loved the shaky cam in the battle scenes because it gave the mystery element to the aliens. After the marines dissected one in the PD, shaky cam got old and I wanted to see more of the aliens.

Leslie Chow Well of course it's fake...it's a trailer for a science fiction movie. No one ever said this was real. As for it being bad, if that's your opinion, then I respect it. As for me, my opinion is that I really like this trailer. Like I said in the comment, it's too bad the actual movie didn't live up to it
