I’ve struggled with perioral dermatitis for years and the best thing that helped me was unscented dandruff shampoo. When washing your face, let it sit for 3 minutes! It will burn but it’ll clear within a few days! My dermatologist recommended and it saved me!!

@@juliam5549 I cut out any processed sugar, gluten and dairy! Thats helped more than anything else I’ve tried in that past (creams/meds). Within a week of cutting those things out the inflammation has gone down and bumps decreased. I read some things about skin issues having to do with your gut health. Try eliminating things that might cause inflammation in your diet. Get a good probiotic. Sorry you’re dealing with this too! Hope this helps. Sending love 🫶🏻 - also heard fluoride in toothpaste may cause flares as well.

Skin issues start in the gut. See a naturopathic doctor. You may have bacteria overgrowth or have food intolerances. 🫶🏻

I think with large creators it’s easy to not feel connected to them via IG and TikTok. KZbin is such a smart tool for business because it truly shows so much of your personality which is so lovely therefore I look forward to supporting your business. KZbin is a huge commitment but I do think it pays off overall so much more compared to if you didn’t have it.
