Have you tried practising track stands? And your front wheel on an object and your rear wheel on an object and just trying to balance for a few minutes without moving? It'll stop you waiting so much energy, hoping on the spot before you get set for a big move.

コメントありがとうございます。トラックスタンドの練習はしてますが、なかなか習得がむずかしいです。

Try without your brakes on at first. It'll get you used to how the bike wants you to balance it. Then you can use your rear brake only from that point and progress to both when needed, but it's important to learn with no brakes.
A little tip really compress (bend your legs) when you're about to try and gap. You're leaving so much power out of your gap the way you're doing it at the moment. Think about jumping from the floor with two legs. You need to really bend your legs to generate any distance. The same applies when you're on a bike.

Great riding. I would try to practice going from a track stand position. That way, you use less brakes so you get used to using momentum rather than stop starting.
