like any other country, you have to pay for luxury, you can always call Ride it is same as uber. Also the city is under a lot of construction. A lot of road closure. come back in 5 years I will give you a ride 😂

I beg to differ with your comment that houses are cheaper in Utawala than in other estates which are near the capital city Nairobi. I saw you say that the rates being like 2 bedroom houses going from ksh 35,000 to ksh 50,000...Wueh! Utawala is 25km from Nairobi city and those are cheap or low prices? The irony in that is very real. Compare to houses in Donholm estate which is 10km from Nairobi city, so thats half the distance to Utawala, and houses go for below those in Utawala. A 2 bedroom house in Donholm can start for a slow as ksh 15,000, ksh 17,000, and up to ksh 25,000. Why should someone stay so far away in Utawala paying double the rent in Donholm and travel double the distance I wonder....

Thank you Andru for being here,I compared the houses in utawala to where I stay and for sure I can say without any fear of contradiction houses in utawala are cheaper ,I have never heard of Donholm I didn't know houses are going for that price though

For utawala it depends on where you are looking for the houses. We have 1 bedrooms that are 10k while other locations it may be 18 UpTo 25k so it all depends on location of the house

The only thing I liked about the 70k is the space but the way it was built and the colours took me out ,but the outside is extreme beautiful, maybe it was a long ago build ,,I loved the outdoor as really...for sure

I noticed the streets there are very quiet, I don’t know if it depends on the day of the week, but even the places with apartments were quiet. I loved the mwangaza court. If you ever go back, let us know if they have air BnB types of apartments.
