I'm from Linlithgow so I could always see this thing when we were out in the car or from beecraigs country park. This is me just noticing it was demolished nearly 3 years later🤣 Not sure how I never noticed it was gone.

It does sound pretty good even on my little ION record turntable. And I would bet it sounds even better on a decent player through an amp with big speakers. 😃👍

2007 in Balbirnie Hotel Markinch Scotland. The band is from Kirkcaldy and used to play in our pub. Last time I saw them was around 3 years ago roughly when they were doing their last gigs together as Jo was winding down.. Just an awesome live band.

Yes I played bass guitar in Joe’s Band and I was in the band in 2007 so it was most likely me that played at your wedding. 😃👍 Have you seen the Joe’s Band Facebook page? Please check it out. 😊 www.Facebook.com/joesbandfife

Going to sound really daft, but the chimney was always part of my childhood, the black pipes I walked along when I took the dog out for a walk at night after school Then into adulthood, it was a land mark for me, after being down south I saw the chimney knowing I wasn't far from home. Hearing the boilers being blasted out of ash, Early sunday morning, and my dad moaning his car was covered in ash and stoure on the Monday morning. I often wondered how many pictures there is of it in the background.... Now it's all gone, built worked hard then gone, all in my lifetime Good bye chimney.
