Computer science is very hands on , computer science is about how things work hence you don’t need to memorise for the sake of memorising cos in practice comp science graduates are hired to solve problems

if you want to study CS through the science faculty/ BSc, yes. You'll need to get above 60% for that and above 70% in maths. There are other faculties such as Commerce and Humanities, where you can study some CS courses. Though it might not be as in depth as Computer science in the Science faculty
