Get up if you haven't fallen over to sleep after twenty minutes. Never lie in bed awake all night 🌙...your mind associates bed with being awake!! Simple

He does not explain how to slowly ween off benzodiazepines. !!! The brain gets dependent on those sleep pills in 5 to 11 days....after that, a person cannot sleep even 30 minutes, for months and months !!! He needs to tell people how to taper off of benzos. !!!!!

You are so right. Problems occur when we aren’t comfortable with ourselves.

To me that defeats the purpose of going to bed... and being comfortable...plus turning on some kind of light to be able to read..

At the start you say there are no long term studies about carnivore, then later say it isn't safe long term, where is the proof? Fibre is not necessary, when you consume it your gut makes butyrate to help get rid of the non nutrient you just ate, do you know what beta hydroxybutyrate is? Also vitamin c is in meat and when you don't consume carbs your need for vitamin c is greatly reduced as glucose and vit c share the glut4 transporter. also those dark circles around your eyes are because of high insulin.

Have you tried it yourself? We do not need fibre it has no nutrients. There is no essential carbohydrate. If there was we would have a disease in medical literature that is defined by a carbohydrate deficiency. Not restrictive and not as expensive as perceived. Three years and I am still waiting for the terrible long term effects.

The great thing about carnivore is if your eating high fat/high protein and you have problems - it's most likely a sign that there is something else wrong with you. So if you can't poop - it's not the diet, it probably means there is something else like a disease or genetic factor that's affecting normal body functioning. If your doing it correctly and it's not working as it should - get checked out. There maybe an underlying issue that you never knew was even there. So the carnivore diet can help expose any serious health issue that may be covered up by the standard american "healthy" diet.

The problem is that you're awake at night, and you feel the need to sleep when you're at work. Obviously, this man does not have to go to work at 5am.

It’s currently 5 am and I can’t sleep. I used to sleep alot but idk what happened and now I haven’t slept since 15 days. It’s not like I can’t sleep, it’s like I can’t even lay down in bed and idk I’m crying while writing this because sleeping used to be my favourite thing but now i wish there were no sleep

Okay, but if a have to get up at the normal time then I wouldn't sleep at all. I'm 20 something hours behind on sleep and I still can't sleep until 6-7 in the morning. Luckily for me I don't have school or work currently

I find meditation to help me instead of napping. I'll put on some relaxing music and then do a quick 20 to 30 minute meditation and I find it gives me a boost of energy but doesn't negatively affect my sleep to following night. I recommend it for those who can meditate! Some ASMR videos help too I've found. I do those ASMR ear massages and those put me to sleep instantly.

“When you have deadly cancer, just sit back and not think about. You’ll be better in no time.” You’d think that people that have insomnia for months or years straight and have tried everything would have thought of this simple fix. How insulting.

the 9 reasons mentioned in this video: 1) nutrition science is young (since 1785) 2) most of the money goes into disease prevention rather than nutrition 3) nutrition studies are sponsered by interested parties (bias) 4) humans mess everything up (flawed experiements, too many confounding variables, humans are too diverse) 5) peoples memories suck (retrospective studies are flawed) 6) correlation isn't causation 7) calorie measures arent exact 8) health interventions take a long time to show effect 9) donig the experiments are difficult, and its even harder to report them
