1: the male female didn't mate properly or their first time 2:the female is older and is not suitable to breed 3:they need Calcium 4:they didn't hatch the eggs properly

It takes 4 years to mature and ready to breed Literally they become aged at 3 years but their eggs will not fertile Fertility comes after 4 years Some parrots get their first babies at 3 age but it's good to take breed from them after 4 years
