My dad had a 1996 Mitsubishi Challenger, Diesel. It was a great vehicle he had it for about 15 years and took good care of it. Very reliable and a great family car as well. Had just the perfect space to fit a double 12 inch subwoofer in the back good old days

You are actually.driving the 1KD engine which is common rail. Majority of the J90 prados had the 1KZ-te which is also a legendary motor for longevity. But your version had 17 percent more torque. Common rail and a VNT turbo system.

It's a 1kz-te for sure, we've got a 1kz-te and a 1kd-ftv prado there is a clear difference in how the engine looks.

We have the 2.7 petrol, 2.8 diesel in Malaysia. But i honestly prefer the 3.4, a little bigger but more torque
@Wowski7333 жыл бұрын
the best engine is the 3.0 turbo diesel d4d engine because it makes 163 hp and 343nm of torque also its way more fuel efficient than the 3.4 v6 and it makes 10 less hp than it and another thing the engine is really strong havent had any problems with it
