I see your point beeing as we will never get old zombies deal with it, cold war had recycled stuff and people liked it. I liked cw yes but not because it was a good zombies mode. I liked it as a 3rd mode. The problem I have with it is that the mechanics are build to work around the mp/wz formula. Getting dopamine from all the pop ups and medals and numbers and sounds. Fact is that the map doesn't work for zombies. Big open areas make the game even easier than it already was. I mean 14 hits to down is crazy, why do you make it even more braindead? The hud, salvage, healthbars, minimap, interfaces all take away from the already lack luster atmosphere. If you took a banger like origins into bo6 or cw it would be trash, it simply would feel somewhat boring. (Oh you can turn hud off) I hear you say. Yes, but if something is designed with features in mind it is build around it and we would have a clunky expierience, EVEN if it all works out fine we cant turn off loot on the ground and we cant disable the sounds when you kill a zombie. All of this would not matter if they didnt advertise it as "classic zombies", "we took your feedback", "bo3".
