Exactly right, watch my video on running this r6 against my brothers cbr 1000.. held it off until 160 it was crazy!

They just can't come close to a newer model 600's power band, it was a crazy difference.

9r must be running on 3,if it couldn't beat an R6.You mention powerband,but the 9r would leave it behind through torque in the midrange.The very fact that the R6 gapped it early,suggests a duff bike or more likely a duff rider

Thanks man! I'm mostly out doing hooligan stuff on the supermoto, but the R6 is a blast.

From what I understood it was a no chase over 70mph inside city limits, ive seen them stop chasing a bike multiple times after he sped off.. Maybe it's just situation dependent. A police officer crashed into a pole and totaled the car, almost hitting a random driver because he was speeding down a 35mph st last year and lost control.

iBraap each department is different i know on the highway the state patrol will just call off the ground units once they have the state patrol plane up in the air. but as for legally they can pursue anyone without any limitations. i work with alot of stunt riders two of which have found this out the hard way in cedar rapids. but yes most departments in iowa will terminate the chase once they get your license plate or the risk to the public is too great. the des moines register did a huge article on it last year

Next year ill have a different set up. I dont use a GoPro, I've always liked the ergonomics of my Drift way better, i just cant run a external mic on the Drift i have now.

iBraap wow i thought you had one lol meh my hero 3+ is meh just cant find a good setup and my adapter broke plus waiting to get a new computer as y old one was super slow

Ahh yea i just run 720 at 30 frames to keep my battery life up on the Drift, its a good camera for what it is, just doesn't have the capabilities like the newer GoPro's. Will probably get a Hero5 Black in the spring and set it up under my visor with a mic.

iBraap ive used the under visor/peake view before eh it was annoying and i think im doing 1080by 30 frames and a 64gb sd and i can get hours before battery change
