Thank for this wig review. I really needed to see it. I had my Adeline in the donate bin because of exactly what happened to you when I took it out of the box. I have 2 friends over this weekend and trying on different wigs because one of those friends is just starting her wig journey and need assistance in picking and styling and also cutting in some bang to some of the wigs I had given her to try. Adeline was one she picked out and is next on the list for tomorrow. After I took it out to get ready for styling tomorrow I couldn’t remember which one it was till after I reviewed my past purchases. I’m wondering why I discarded her because I love the style. So, long story short, once I knew which wig it was I tried to order another one for myself now that I have some experience with styling and cutting if needed. My friend needs bangs, I don’t. But, she is discontinued. So disappointed but hopefully I can find one on clearance some where. Anyway, I too, feel comfortable using gel and was wondering which one you are using. I didn’t see a link (maybe since the post is older). Can you provide that info? You look marvelous in that style !! Love it on you.

it's so crazy how to difference between Caucasian wig and Black wigs. The prices are so varied. The cost of this wig would be the cost of a human hair wig. It's cute, but not worth the price.

My head is 23" and I normally need a large cap wig. However, this brand doesn't offer large cap. Just wondering if I can fit into it. my ear to ear is 13.5" and my hairline to nape is 14.5" Also, can you please tell me the brand of that tape that you used. I have not seen that done before. Seems like a good idea except that my bio hair is white, so I may not need it. Thanks for the review.

I just purchased this wig, same colour, and I love it! The fineness of the synthetic hair is like my own hair, and I love that there is no permatease❗️The sides do fall onto my face, but I do as you do. Very light and comfortable.

This wig looks adorable on you! Love the rooted color as well. I'm thinking of getting Cali by Tony of Beverly, I have yet to try that brand. Is this a heat friendly fiber. Everything I have so far has been heat friendly and I am finding they get really fuzzy at the nape pretty quick. I'm wondering if regular synthetic might wear a little longer. Thanks for sharing.

This looks great on you! I had looked at this wig in a chocolate marble. However I think the model pic of the brunette looks really wiggly. A lot of hair. But on you it does not. Is this high density wig ?

I think the blonde piece looked great on you; better than the brunette. I have naturally curly hair, and think the blonde looked very natural.

Thank you for bringing up your skin tone. I am part Mediterranean and share the olive skin feature. Blondes can be tricky for me too. Also I appreciate that you are on a budget too and discuss realistic life out of the piece. Lastly, the medical tape is an awesome idea. I’ve not heard anyone else suggest it! Are you basically using alcohol free styling products? How does one know if a bio hair product is wig safe? I have hundreds of dollars of high end hair products that I hate to retire. Thanks again

Gel usually has alcohol in it. If a wig needs that much work before you can even wear it, I wouldn't buy it. The more product required the more washing required. Renae of Paris should have got the curl right then it wouldn't need all that work.
