Side notes: Handicap was off for the entire Tournament. "Agreed Horsepower" was 720HP These was rules set by Namco themselves and not Timezone.

and fun fact, the only match that handicap wasn't off, was cause I let muscle memory take over like an idiot, and for some reason they didn't replay that match.
