As much as I enjoyed Albert Pujols time in Anaheim, number 5 will always be Brian Downing to me.

Wow never thought I’d hear this again. Was working as a pizza delivery driver just out of high school and flipped on the brewer game during a delivery and heard Costas and Ueck and went “NO WAY” even detoured on my way back to work so I could listen longer lol never did I think I’d see/hear this again

Love being here in Seattle when Felix was pitching, but a damn shame this team wasted his career with no playoff runs

As a teen catching fly balls in the outfield and throwing home, long toss I was able to throw the ball behind the left 300ft fence and hit the backstop behind home plate with ease. Friends would say how the heck are you able to throw so far and to me I was like what do you mean because to me it was normal. I encourage people who want to have strong arms to do the same just like Trevor Bauer.

Nope. He sadly lost it. Should have got it? 100% yes. Will he get it? No. The Ump made the call, and the call was final.

5:25 In early 2011, we looked like the best team in the Majors. However, due to injuries, we gradually disintegrated in the 2nd half. I do feel like we probably would've had the best record had we not been getting all those injuries. In 2012, Grady Sizemore, Lonnie Chisenhall, Travis Hafner, and Carlos Carrasco were hurt. That year, we fell apart much quicker. Our struggles started I believe after 5/24.

Ump was finally retired after 2019, a year in which he was in the 18th percentile of umpire accuracy. He was bad at his job of calling balls and strikes. He was worse at his job of managing a ballgame. Unions are amazing and necessary in an environment that incentivizes the abject torture of the working class at the hands of the oligarchs. The umpire union is corrupt and needs a complete change in leadership. May every corrupt trashcan in that union making other unions look bad suffer every consequence of their actions.
