Great review. I’m a combat disabled Veteran and this really helped me decide what pack to invest in. Hopefully I can get up to Idaho to hunt with ya’ll someday.

great video guys! what are y'all packing for 1st Aid? I've learned to bring the basics! I usually stab myself a few times a season. I also sometimes wear earplugs if there are lots of critters stomping around all night. Helps me shut down and stay wrecked till morning.

Ear plugs can help quite a bit. Personally, I can't wear them to sleep. For 1st Aid; I carry the trauma kit from XSA International. I also carry; medications and allergy meds, bar soap and tape.

@@zonchanch5 thank you for watching! The Marmot Trestles Elite is a very affordable option. The 20deg bag is 2lbs 6oz.

I REALLY apologize for all the coughing... One of the lessons I learned on this trip was to run the flue on the stove pipe wide open (3RG Titanium stove). When not in the wide open position, creosote and condensation will drip down onto the stove causing the Tipi to fill with smoke.

Thanks Shawn. We try to help as many veterans as possible. We have a lot of veterans up north that you should be able to connect with. We need to band together and keep each other outdoors and sane.

New to Northern Idaho but originally from Montana. Seems like a great thing because the mountains is what keeps me sane.
