I'm sure X-ray Spex made "Prayer for Peace" too, in poly's latest album "Conscious Consumer" I'm sure this is a cover, I love both of them!

I guess this is “sacrilege” but I think I prefer this version to the Spex album version. This just seems to fit Poly’s lyrics better musically and spiritually - while the “Conscious Consumer” version sounds to me like Bruce Springsteen (who is fine but not really the right “vibe”).
